Here’s how you could co-host ‘WoodSongs’

The WoodSongs Old-Time Radio Hour has launched a Kickstarter campaign to upgrade its TV production to high-definition.

The premiums for donating to the campaign include co-hosting the show. To get that reward, donors must pledge $8,500, or well over half of the $12,500 goal. Other high-level premiums include guest MC, announced show sponsor and an MP3 player loaded with 2013 WoodSongs shows.

WoodSongs is recorded most Mondays at the Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center in Lexington and features nationally recognized performers including recent guests such as Amy Grant and the Indigo Girls. It is broadcast locally on WUKY-91.3 FM and WEKU-88.9 FM and on radio stations around the world. Its TV broadcasts are shown around the country, including on KET and webcast live at Woodsongs.com.
